Frequently Asked Questions

How can I program the ringtones into my phone?

These ringtones are for Nokia mobile phones (cellphones) which support the ringtone 'Composer' function. This is the feature of Nokia mobiles that allows you to create your own ringtones in addition to those that come with the phone as standard or that are downloaded, sent to your phone by friends, etc.

  Are the ringtones any good?

Some tones are better than others. Some songs translated into ringtones really well, others were more troublesome. The Top Ten lists are there to provide a pointer to some of the best ones, but you'll find that there are plenty of other good ones too. Maybe start with the Top Ten and take it from there, or just head for the songs you like most and see what you think.

What about B-sides and other non-album tracks?

I'm now adding non-album tracks to the site. You will find them listed on their relevant Morrissey A-Z or Smiths A-Z page. As you know, there are quite a lot of non-album singles, B-sides, etc. so new ringtones will be added in a piecemeal fashion. If there's a particular track that you want but don't find, you can it if you like, otherwise I'll slowly work through them all as best I can.

Where can I find out more about 'Morrissey' and 'The Smiths'?

There are some good websites about, so have a search around.
You'll find that the de facto standard for news, views, gossip and all things Morrissey is Morrissey-Solo.com.

What about other websites which provide stuff for my mobile?

For other Indie and Alternative ringtones visit our sister site indieringtones.com, which features bands such as The Stone Roses, Coldplay, The Strokes and Oasis.

Where can I send feedback, praise, criticism, etc.?

If you want to send any feedback, feel free to Go easy on me though.
